CONSENT

By visiting www.symphoniafinewines.com.au you accept and consent to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and our Private Policy.  If you do not agree to the T&C, you must not use or access this website.  These T&C and the Privacy Policy may change from time to time without notice, and SYMPHONIA recommends you check back regularly.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or over to use or register with SYMPHONIA.  If you are under 18 years of age then your parent or guardian must consent to the Private Policy and the T&C of this website before you register for or use the services of SYMPHONIA. 

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor License No. 3260278

JURISDICTION

This website is owned and operated by SYMPHONIA Pty Ltd trading as Symphonia Fine Wines in Australia.  These T&C, our Privacy Policy and any matters connected with any order placed on our website are governed by Australian Law.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

The advertisement and display of a product on www.symphoniafinewines.com.au is an offer to sell and SYMPHONIA will be under the obligation to supply product ordered through this website, unless advised other wise. You offer to purchase a product from SYMPHONIA when you place an order.  We will acknowledge your order as soon as practicable but will be under no obligation to supply the product to you unless it is in stock.  From time to time a product may be displayed on our website that is not available for sale.



If any of the items you order are out of stock or not available, or there is an anticipated delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via SMS and e-mail for Australian customers.  If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours the remainder of your order will be processed and dispatched.  We will not substitute any product without your express authority.

PRE ORDER CONDITIONS

That all pre order items are not yet in stores and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date.

All pre orders must be paid in full to secure your order.

These time frames of arrival are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that SYMPHONIA do their best to make sure they come on time.

Pre Orders can be cancelled at anytime for a credit note or exchange.

The purchase of items from CURVE is limited to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with Australian Law.

Please be aware that these policies apply to www.symphoniafinewines.com.au website only, SYMPHONIA is not responsible for the Privacy Policies set down by third parties accessed through a link from our website, nor is SYMPHONIA responsible for any personal information submitted to Third Parties via our website. You are responsible for reading the privacy policies of Third Party organisations before submitting your personal details.

PERSONAL

We intend to fully comply with the National Privacy Principles issued by the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

 We will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our business activities. Information provided to us through our sales, marketing and support activities, surveys, web site activities and/or event registrations may be stored, analysed and used for direct marketing purposes and to improve the way we do business with our current and potential customers.

SYMPHONIA collects personal information to enable you to place an order, purchase a gift voucher or register for our regular e-mails.
To enable you to place an order, we need to collect information from you including your name, home, shipping and billing addresses, and your phone number. We also collect your email address, to enable us to notify you when your order has been dispatched. A phone number of your choice will be provided to the delivery company to allow them to telephone you if necessary about the delivery of your order.

We will continue to collect and store personal credit information in the way prescribed in the Privacy Act 1988 and only disclose that information in accordance with a written authorisation given by you which would normally be incorporated in your commercial agreement with us.

All data collected is subject to our strict data security policies. Our computerised information is stored in secured facilities and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Your personal information will never be sold to a Third Party. Your personal information will only be shared with a Third Party to enable your order or service you have requested from www.symphoniafinewines.com.au to be processed.

NEWSLETTER OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT PROVISION

When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular update service.

(i) Email alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. Such alerts may include marketing information about SYMPHONIA, our subsidiaries or selected business partners.
