Symphonia Fine Wines is pleased to announce its partnership with Neuroblastoma Australia as a sponsor for this year’s Sienna's Gala Dinner 2019. Started in 2010 Sienna’s Gala Dinner, held on Friday the 1st of March, is an annual fundraiser that sets out to raise awareness and funds for Neuroblastoma childhood cancer.
“We don’t need a miracle to beat neuroblastoma, we need more research.”
Despite being the third most common type of childhood cancer and the single cause of cancer deaths for children under the age of 5, Neuroblastoma is not well known. As a result, Neuroblastoma has received little funding and out of the 11,000 children affected by neuroblastoma worldwide - less than half will survive.
It is the firm belief of Neuroblastoma Australia that with more research survival rates will be improved and a cure can be found.
“We are delighted to be taking part in such an important event,” explains Suzanne of Symphonia Fine Wines. “It is absolutely devastating to think about the impact that this disease has on families across Australia and worldwide. We are happy to play any small part we can in supporting the vital research goals of the organisation.”
