Delivery FAQ


Our wines are delivered via courier, please read below for important FAQs about the delivery process. 



·       All TNT orders require a signature.

·       Orders are unable to be redirected by SYMPHONIA once dispatched.

·       Our order cut-off times are a guidance only and do not take into account delays in payment processing.


All deliveries will receive a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel’s progress



At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, Goods and Services Tax will be included in the purchase price. SYMPHONIA is however not responsible for the cost of Goods and Services Tax for items shipped overseas. All prices are in Australian Dollars




Unfortunately, International Shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 




Your order will be insured from when it is dispatched from SYMPHONIA to when the item is delivered to you. When you sign for your order, responsibility for the items passes from SYMPHONIA to you. Please be aware that if you request our courier partner to leave the item for you and you do not sign for the item, the insurance of your package will be voided and responsibility for any damage to the items contained will be yours.
