Did you see the write up about our Prosecco in the latest edition of Wine Selectors? They love it and you will too. Our winemaker Lilian Carter says you should have fun and not be too precious with Prosecco, and though we do like drinking it on its on it is also great to mix it up, like a Peach Bellini for instance.
Ingredients
1 Bottle of Symphonia Prosecco
2 Medium sized Peaches, peeled and diced.
1/2 cup water
Pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- 1 Puree peaches, water, lemon juice and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- 2 Fill a champagne flute a quarter full of the puree and then top off with Symphonia Prosecco
- 3 Enjoy
